What is a DStv channel? A DStv channel is a television frequency or virtual number for which a television station or television network is distributed on Digital Satellite Television (DStv). A subscription package on DStv is assigned a collection of DStv channels. In order to watch desired channels, DStv subscribers pay for a package that contains the selection of DStv channels they want to watch. DStv subscriptions usually last for 30 days but customers who wish to increase the duration can do so to continue enjoying their favourite DStv channels.
